Meeting Minutes from December 14, 2017 held at Sol De Mexico.

The meeting was called to order by President Andy Fix. We had dinner before the meeting.  It was great to see several members.  Thanks to the club for picking up the bill.

Treasurer’s Report: Ken Flanum reported.  Reports are available at the meetings.  The treasurer’s report was approved.

Secretary Report: Approved as sent.

Waukesha County Snowmobile Association and Groomer Corp: For a copy of the minutes go to www.waukeshasnow.org click on the More tab and then News and e-newsletters. Sno-Snoops needs your help! We need a person to attend WCSA meetings.  If you could help, please talk to Andy Fix or come to the next meeting to find out what to do.

Youth Outing will be held February 3, 2018 at Monches Recreation Park. RSVP and information contact Andy Slaby 262-424-5917 or Jodi Slaby at 262-424-1839.

Waukesha County Snowmobile Association raffle tickets still available.  Please buy or sell tickets.  Please return by mail, club meeting or drop off at Won-A-Go Bike shop.  Sno-Snoops gets half of the money we sell, so please help the County and the Club.  If you need more tickets, please contact Bob Williams 262-366-4972 or pick up at Won-A-Go Bike shop.  Drawing to be held March 14th.

Drag Ads: Advertising spaces still available on drag. If you know of any business that would like to advertise, contact Ken Flanum at 414-405-3432.

Thank you to Mike Perry for pulling the drag in the Midnight Magic parade. Thank you to Andy Fix for mailing land owner cards and gift cards.

Received thank you letters from the Food Pantry Donations made to the Mukwonago Food Pantry and the Kitchen Cupboard. $100 to each.

Old Business:

Club Dues are PAST Due: $35.00 per year September 1 to August 31. Checks should be made payable to Sno-Snoops Snowmobile Club Inc.  Mail to PO Box 172, Mukwonago, WI 53149. The website PayPal option is now available. Don’t forget you must be a current paid member of the club and AWSC to get your discounted trail pass.

Groomer: Needs miscellaneous repairs, batteries and lights.  Call Ken.

Website and Facebook Page: How are we doing?  If you have any photos of trail marking, the drag in the parade or the groomer on snow, please send to Cheryl to post.

Trails: Finally Done!  Thanks to Ken Flanum, Bob Neu, Bob Williams, Mark Berger, Ron Berger, Kevin Raszeja, Mike Perry, John Dingillo, and Bill Bott.  Your help made this possible!

Wisconsin Trail Pass – If you plan to ride a snowmobile in Wisconsin, you will need a new Wisconsin trail pass every year. You can go online at www.awsc.org to fill out the form and print it.
