Club Membership Dues are now due: $35 membership runs September 1, 2018-August 31, 2019. You can renew online or mail in your application with a check. Please make sure that all information is current & correct including addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and all spelling.
Trail Passes: went on sale as of July 1, 2018. Color is green. WI DNR will continue to send out the trail passes. It can take up to 21 days for delivery. Trail passes can also be ordered quickly and easily online through the AWSC website. It is legal to ride with the trail pass receipt. Renew early! Don’t wait.
Sno-Snoops website is up to date. Upcoming events are listed with links included. Please let Cheryl know if you see anything that needs to be added or changed!

New this year: club members are able to look up their AWSC # on awsc.org. Member numbers do not change from year to year. You can see what clubs you belong to, when your membership expires and you have the ability to print off your membership card. You will also be able to print your trail pass receipts.
Instructions: Go to www.awsc.org. Select the Membership Inquiry button from the quick links listed to the right. You can search by Member ID (you will need to enter AWSC ID # and last name) or you can search by Name (you will need to select a club from the drop down menu – we are listed as Sno-Snoops SC – then enter your first and last names and zip code).
Groomer Drag Billboard: Sponsor advertisement spaces are available. Do you know of a business that would like to advertise on the billboard or would be willing to let us park the drag at their location?
Accidental Death and Dismemberment: $3,000 benefit is no longer offered to any current member. The American Income Life Insurance Company has chosen not to continue this benefit due to cost.
WCSA’s Annual Raffle
Ticket sales support Waukesha County’s snowmobile trail system
Tickets for the annual WCSA raffle will be available starting July 11, 2018. This year, the first place prize will be a bigger Triton snowmobile trailer – 11′ x 101″ enclosed, tilt trailer with a retail value of $4,180. For just $1/ticket or 6 for $5 you’ll have the chance to win eight fabulous prizes.
