Meeting Minutes from November 9, 2017 held at Sol De Mexico.
The meeting was called to order by President Andy Fix.
Treasurer’s Report: Ken Flanum reported a starting and ending balance. Reports are available at the meetings. The treasurer’s report was approved.
Secretary Report: Approved as sent.
Waukesha County Snowmobile Association and Groomer Corp: For a copy of the minutes go to www.waukeshasnow.org click on the More tab and then News and e-newsletters. Sno-Snoops needs your help! We need a person to attend WCSA meetings. If you could help, please talk to Andy Fix or come to the next meeting to find out what to do.
Waukesha County Snowmobile Association raffle tickets will be mailed out. Please buy or sell tickets. Please return by mail, club meeting or drop off at Won-A-Go Bike shop. Sno-Snoops gets half of the money we sell, so please help the County and the Club. If you need more tickets, please contact Bob Williams 262-366-4972 or pick up at Won-A-Go Bike shop.
Drag Ads: Advertising spaces still available on drag. If you know of any business that would like to advertise, contact Ken Flanum at 414-405-3432.
Midnight Magic parade is December 2. We will pull our drag with advertising. Thanks to Mike Perry for pulling the drag!
Landowner cards and gift cards will be mailed. Thanks Andy Fix!
Food Pantry Donations were made to the Mukwonago Food Pantry and the Kitchen Cupboard. $100 to each.
Sunshine Report: Mary Flanum has been feeling ill. We hope she feels better soon!
Club Dues are PAST Due: $35.00 per year September 1 to August 31. Checks should be made payable to Sno-Snoops Snowmobile Club Inc. Mail to PO Box 172, Mukwonago, WI 53149. The website PayPal option is now available. Don’t forget you must be a current paid member of the club and AWSC to get your discounted trail pass.
Trails: Ken is looking at issue by Hwy 83 crossing. We need help marking trail. We will start every Saturday and Sunday after Thanksgiving until it is done. Please call Ken Flanum 414-405-3432 or Bob Williams 262-366-4972 to volunteer. Any help is appreciated.
Ken could also use some help with the groomer.

Next Club Meeting: December 14th: Come at 6:30 and have dinner with your family. The meeting will start after everyone has finished eating approximately 7:30 p.m. Sol De Mexico has great food!
Wisconsin Trail Pass – If you plan to ride a snowmobile in Wisconsin, you will need a new Wisconsin trail pass every year. You can go online at www.awsc.org to fill out the form and print it.
