Minutes from October 8, 2020 meeting held at Sol de Mexico. The meeting was called to order by President Andy Fix.

Members Present: Andy Fix, Ken Flanum, Mike Perry, Bill Bott, Cheryl Frank, Bill & Evie Stocker, Amber Stempf, & Drew Christensen, Bob Neu, and Kevin Raszeja. Guest Brent Riemer, President of WCSA.

Secretary Report: Approved as written

Treasurer’s Report: Approved as submitted. Ken Flanum announced he is resigning from Treasurer position. Bob Williams was nominated. We will take other nominations and elect a new treasurer at the next meeting. Thank you, Ken, for all your years of service to the Club as Treasurer.

Sunshine: Welcome new members Amber Stempf and Drew Christensen!

Old Business: Club memberships are due. Please renew your membership if you haven’t done so.

New Business: There was a discussion about the PO Box and whether or not to keep it. It was agreed that the PO Box was necessary as officers change to keep one consistent mailing address.

Midnight Magic is still scheduled to go on for Saturday, December 5. The parade will be the same route as it is in the summer. Mike Perry offered to pull the drag in the parade again. Thanks Mike!

Our website renewal is due in the amount of $378.00. A motion was made and seconded to pay the renewal for the Sno-Snoops website.

Waukesha County: 500 Raffle tickets have been distributed to the club and several were purchased and turned in at the meeting. We discussed getting more tickets from Andy Slaby. Cheryl to reach out to him. County dues of $30.00 were paid and given to Brent since he was at the meeting. The next WCSA meeting is October 14 at 7:00 in Okauchee. Ticket stubs and money can be dropped off at Won-A-Go Biking in Mukwonago or returned at a club meeting.

Fundraising: Renewal invoices have been sent out to current advertisers. Two (2) spaces are still available for sale. We’ve received renewals from Martens Plumbing, Horn Feed & Oil, Friends of Doug Vollmer, Mukwonago Yamaha, Star Sales and Won-A-Go Biking. New Advertisers: Neu’s Tool and Eagle Springs Pub. Two possible new advertisers are Citizens Bank and 9Round. Cheryl to follow up on those. If you know of anyone interested in a space please let Cheryl know! Trails: Kevin attended the Trail Boss meeting on October 7. He ordered some signs.
GPS is something that is going to have to happen in the near future once they work out all of the details.
SNARS entries need to be entered by the 25th of each month. Kevin received a verbal agreement from Greenwald to get another Land Owner Agreement for 2020-2021. He has mailed in the request.
Kevin spoke to Mike Chapman to determine a plan through the new subdivision being built.

Insurance renewal is due by November 6th, Kevin will get the invoice to treasurer for payment once received.
A copy of the Insurance Certificate needs to go to Harold Butschke. Some landowners also requested a copy.
Kevin will contact Andy regarding the high school portion of our trail.

Kevin confirmed with the land owner Dennis, that the drag can stay at the Brookwood Inn restaurant location.
Kevin will also contact the owner of the new condos to determine trail placement.
Kevin will reach out to club members to put trails in. Usually this is in Mid-December but Kevin had learned we can start as early as November.

The next meeting is November 12, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at Sol de Mexico.
